A drop is an ocean [Part 1]

Brisbane 2. 1. 2008 [Revised April 2009]

The separation occurs whenever I believe that first or first mine. Simple as that.

v

The separation occurs every time we think we are prettier, sexier, more intelligent, richer, softer, more sympathetic … more … more than the person in the queue before us.

v

Separation occurs every time we think we have more right than anyone else.

v

Separation occurs when we believe that by doing for the sake of our children, our families, our friends, we can push someone, anyone, on the way to get what we want.

In its ugliest, most often the graphics on the big screen:

Separation brings images of looters in the aftermath of the disaster.

The separation is different from the images * Nice * people pushing the rest of the way, trampling each other to get to horde what they think they need to survive – they want for themselves and their families – who want the expense of someone else's family.

The separation is for one child over another, home or classroom.

The separation is to look at someone, and in monetary terms, it can not decide whether to "connect", so actively, unconsciously, to continue the separation.

The separation is thought we are good and just because we take care of all our loved ones – maybe – To donate to a cause that tugs at our heart strings, but the closure of the energy of our heart that we pass the grungy homeless housed in a bus stop.

v

As a complement to Proverbs 15:17 says: Better a dinner of herbs where love is a fat ox and hatred with it, is a dish is given by Moriya, an adaptation of the interpretation Erel Segal, which provides a shortcut to a great understanding of universal love and the concept of non-separation.

There was once a wealthy merchant who wanted to change his karma by preparing a feast for the local poor. There were two of their best animals slaughtered. He sent market players and others to identify with flowers to decorate the great hall where he met the poor. Also introduced into a group of musicians well.

When night came, saw all that he had made and felt bloated with pride. Only a real man could produce a rich feast. Only a truly good would bother to go through so many problems for the city miserable.

During dinner, however, as He looked around the splendor that was given to these unfortunates, people began to feel dirty, rude broke into his room like a great army rats. His mind began a countdown of the money they had cost.

Why, he thought, could go in the same disorder, but calls for my dearest friends instead. Or you might have harbored my is equal, or even creditors, need to keep in high esteem, instead of losing all these unfortunate beings who are so cursed by God, they are unable to help themselves themselves.

And these thoughts created a disturbance in your mind that at the end of dinner, I could not bear the sight of these poor wine consumption, licking lips and finding joy in the sounds of his music.

Suddenly, he rose. With gusts of sound from his hands, he cut the musicians. His bodyguards returned to the poor on the streets.

v

In its simplest interpretation, the moral of this tale is just that it is better to offer a simple meal even a dinner of herbs *, but treat them with love, respect, therefore, that go beyond our comfort zones and to them for what they represent for those in the short-term and long term, may have no choice but to double the resentment on their part.

v

An additional layer of interpretation could focus on those who receive, because they also obey their own reasons. Given the choice between a feast of fresh meat on the table a host of them treated with indifference at best polished, but one that will leave discouraged, but full in the stomach or sitting in front of a simple plate of pasta at a table where treated respect, compassion, they were going to choose?

This would be a wiser choice, but not all are able to choose wisely.

Not everyone the intentions are pure.

v

Therefore, there is still much to do outside of this parable: The nominal value, only we do know with certainty Which of the characters of the parable is the best person.

v

The feast-giver looking for love, respect and acceptance by "a donation charity.

The receiver accepts the offer, but gives nothing in return – nothing tangible, that is.

Although it may be unintentional, that the recipient is for any really wants to give and help, whether in the financial, artistic, emotional or spiritual is giving us the opportunity to practice universal love.

In contrast, if that person was able to accept and to rebuild their heart energy while practicing the release of liquid and resentments of the past, to be fair in the present moment, too, could be found in the position to feel love and compassion and respect.

v

This is the search for love by overt acts that are not connected from the heart of pure energy that create a kind of resentment that can easily turn into anger.

v

Political Feuds aside, the international scene is one where we can observe that, in general, but mostly impersonal financial aid to the nations of the Third World has not, during the last fifty years have created much more pro-Western of gratitude and respect despite billions and billions of dollars equivalent, for many countries have been * * to alleviate the hardship-stricken country.

v

Karl Marx may have been right when he said "What the bourgeoisie therefore produces, above all, are its own gravediggers. But in the spirit of the topic at hand, fully missed the moment when he thought his fall and the victory of the proletariat would only give a just society for all.

Karl Marx, it is reasonable to assume, did not participate in the trail of destruction separation and conditional love.

v

One step some of the leading publishers of our karma in this life are not separate us no matter who. Although we could see ourselves as individuals, the difference between us is only skin deep and really small. When we think of it, there are only so many ways different, whereas Anyone can react to stimuli and I suspect that at various times in our lives – past and present – Our response has been contaminated by Most of the colors in the palette: from small and unpleasant in generous and heroic.

The bottom line, as I see it is that we are neither better nor worse or more * * than any pixel is of all other pixels that make up a huge billboard pan.

We are neither more or less the only one none of the other drops that make the oceans.

It is very unfortunate that many children are raised to believe they are single * * and * unique * and * *. Special

It is wonderful that each child is in fact so dear to each of their parents, however, the form of tiny pixels 6.6 billion, among others, are not unique, and us.

v

As an aside, would be very helpful to parents who teach their children moral values to teach as link between good ideas and intentions very good * right * behind the actions. The earlier a child learns its direct contribution to their own karma, the better, because only * * nice and polite and good student and parents proud, is not really the issue.

v

When it comes to non-separation, what seems to happen is that we forget that we are * only * souls in disguise. I mean, are only the vehicle, the host, for our souls, right?

The truth is, is another concept that have not yet integrated. I understand that with my mind, but this is not one that easily can be applied to my perception of people around me. The idiot in the car in front is still an idiot in the car before him.

v

Remember that interpret things differently, you and I and all others in the middle. And us mere actors, take very seriously our role. We forget that we only do theater on the world stage sets so limited by our perception of * * Him

So … Our brain is full of ideas, most of them trivial and beyond their use by day, once in a minute or two, each with one or two weeks, others a decade or two, one by one much longer.

If food, which is too toxic to be in our pantry shelves, but not see them as too toxic to guide the face behind the mask and surf, sink, swim – and dunk or drown each other – Through the peaks and valleys of our lives.

v

Understanding this is very easy for me but I still have big problems applying the concept of universal love rather than separation, as discussed so far. The hard edge tattooed on my energy field, one that slides in the minute to spare concentration in the time that blind me to the realization that the * other * is not separate from me, is related to the insecurity of my dark happy pilgrim the good life I have. It keeps me to be fair. Prevents me from being at peace with myself and keep me from hearing whispers of my soul. Hence the need to practice, practice, practice.

v

A graphical method, remember that separation is not the same logic of course is to remember that our body composed of a multitude of things like high-glam such as atoms and synapses, arteries and blood, organs and muscles. It is also composed of at least the glam components such as bone, cartilage, water, intestines, fat and skin.

While it is clear that our society is in favor of muscle along fat, can not be separated, we can not choose the bits of karma that we like and bits that we want to spit.

v

Understanding the non-separation is to understand that just as we can not be whole and healthy, while not even a fraction of our components, not to mention the separation of lipids muscle, which can separate us from anyone, even those who usually choose not to be close. There is no healthy way to separate the atoms intestines or fat tendons. Not while we are alive.

v

The good news is that, when universal love, not really out of our way to play good * * o anyone physically.

The concept of equality is enshrined in the constitutions of most countries, but better than equality only reflects our physical and intellectual potential.

v

It includes doubling rich or poor, stupid or bright, honest or criminal, karma, all been there and has done that, not only in more or less right now, but his life dramatically, repeatedly, in our lifetimes.

v

To understand the concept of non-separation, it is good to see that life as a simple patch to the great tapestry that each of our previous incarnations has established for itself, with the soul on board.

It is important to recognize that over the millennia, our soul has not always lived as a body pretty well balanced, safe, as it does in this life.

v

When I am serious about my practice of non-separation, I try to imagine myself and my students, as all pixels stapled with others. In fact, we are all interdependent on each other in class and in the yard. We know how interdependent we really turned the tragedy minute school.

Things of that dependence is very graphic when a bomb explodes somewhere or a train derails. As a victim, unless a swoon, we are all very grateful if a passerby who gives us a hand and see the security.

v

It is a singular character in a weakened state, refuses to help this alien bird her moments before.

Awareness of the more mundane non-separation is useful in the classroom, my camp, my attempts of land.

I have to remind myself that my interaction with my students is symbiotic. If all my students to decide en masse to be disciplined self-taught and active – a desire, in my less enlightened times – How can I test my own development process and improve my skills? Where My lie challenge?

v

Our differences are only skin deep, most of us already know, but we all have a soul at the bar and since we all have a field energy, which affect each other so that we can not imagine.

v

I came to believe that we are unique and different like cookies on a plate once the court has its thing.

v

What is universal love, is especially necessary for us to change our energy * personal *, not necessarily our behavior.
Similarly, * When we left our way * to do a good deed, but annoyed the hell out of him – not to score points — bad energy.

When is an ulterior motive that drives us to do that for someone else, again with no points scored – poor energy.

Where leaves the person * * unselfish care of the parents of a dependent, perhaps an elder or a disabled child, but he does without conviction, because of his duty?

v

Whether in terms our boss or type crap that gave us the finger or the bitch who … whatever, non-split is felt *. * There is no neutral energy peaks of adrenalin. No repressed anger.
If we respond in kind, a finger of a finger … t, t – most points in the red.

Besides, we all know how the arguments may gain nothing.

v

About the Author

By day, a teacher of Senior English and French in Brisbane, Australia, and, by night, first a writer of novels and now a writer of spiritual material, I am on a quest of sorts – I am searching for a connection to my soul, right here, right now.
Admittedly, I have an ulterior motive – quite a strong one at that: I am trying to edit some karma out of my energy field by altering its properties.
This, from me, who a couple of years ago thought about my soul as often as the molecular composition of my body, which was never.
